Shopping for Vintage Online

Anyone who knows me knows that I thoroughly enjoy the thrill of the hunt when it comes to vintage. Scouring through the piles of not so cute looking clothes to find that one gem is so exciting to me! But as I mentioned in a previous post, there are times (especially in the winter) when heading out to shop for vintage doesn't happen too often for me. I've always been a little weary about shopping for vintage online, because you're not able to truly see the wear on the pieces. It's possible the "small tear" described is actually a big one. However, I've gotten less skeptical and have found a lot of great sites that describe the pieces in depth and provide so many photos! Below are a five of my favorite places to shop online for vintage.

Sweet and Spark: One of my absolute favorite shops for vintage Jewelry. The pieces are very affordable, modern, and so easy to incorporate into your wardrobe! Learn more about Jillian here.

One King's Lane: Their vintage marketplace is awesome for one of a kind pieces, collectibles, and home decor items. They replenish their items daily as they have a network of dealers and designers hand pick all of the items!

The Vintage Twin: A great website for reworked and one of a kind vintage, they only sell one of each item. Ever see those emoji and "Don't worry Be Yonce" flannels on Instagram? Yep, The Vintage Twin.

Pink Clouds: This beautiful online shop and brick and mortar store has an amazing selection of dreamy archival designer pieces. I had the opportunity to visit their brick and mortar in New York last fall. Nearly died and went to vintage heaven!

Nasty Gal: Originally an EBay vintage shop founded by Sophia Amoruso, Nasty gal is a great resource for vintage pieces. You're probably already shopping there for everyday pieces, why not for vintage?
